DEKALB, ILLINOIS – (November 27, 2007) – Tegrant Alloyd Brands, Inc., a subsidiary of Tegrant Corporation and America’s leading supplier of custom thermoformed high visibility retail packaging, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Dot Packaging Group, Inc. Based in Batavia, Illinois, Dot has been a leading supplier of blister cards, clamshell inserts, and folding cartons for major consumer goods companies for over twenty years.

Commenting on the acquisition, Ron Leach, President and Chief Executive Officer for Tegrant Corporation, stated: “Our mission at Tegrant is to delight our customers. In addition to its Batavia facility, Dot is also located in Spartanburg, S.C., providing it with two locations from which to serve its customers.
